Updated: Dec 9, 2021

There is no support provided for Retreat Manager Cloud on devices such as iPad, iPhone, Android, etc. These are instructions are provided for those who wish to try this method of access.

The following are the instruction to start accessing Retreat Manager Cloud on iOS devices such as iPads or iPhones.

Request a user-specific RDP file by emailing support@dkdsoftware.com.

Launch the App Store, search for 'Remote Desktop', and GET Remote Desktop Mobile.

Open the email with the link to the RDP file in the device's email client. The email would be from dkdsoftware.com and the link will end in .rdp. The following is the only URL you should trust for downloads:

http://downloads.retreatportal.com/

Press and hold on the RDP link. It will bring up a window like the following.

Tap 'Open in "RD Client"'. If it asks you to Download, then tap the word Download. In Safari you will want to top the top-right icon with a downward facing arrow with a circle around it. And then tap the first download in the list.

Your device will open the file in Remote Desktop and you will be prompted for a password. Enter the password that was included in the email with the link to the RDP file.

And now you'll be prompted to log in to Retreat Manager.

To access Retreat Manager Cloud in the future...

Open RD Client App and tap the RDP file name (e.g. Retreat_BHC_U09) and you will be automatically connected and prompted to log in to Retreat Manager.
