Uninstall Retreat Manager Cloud

This tutorial walks you through the steps of uninstalling Retreat Manager Cloud which will allow you to install Retreat Manager Cloud again with a new account.

Right-click the Retreat Manager icon on the desktop and click 'Open file location'.
When the window opens select both files, then right-click and select Delete.
Right-click the Retreat Manager icon on the desktop and click 'Delete'.
Finally, open the Command Prompt and enter the following: Where {{OrganizationID}} is the part before the _Uxx on the desktop icon. cmdkey /delete:TERMSRV/{{OrganizationID}}-rm.retreatportal.com
