Change/Select Program to Manage

As a user of the Group Portal you have been assigned access to all programs to one or more groups. The Group Portal lets you manage the details of one program at a time. Follow the steps below to learn how to be sure you're working on the correct program.


Click the current Group/Program in the top-right corner of the page and select Change Program.

You will be shown a list of all programs you have been granted access to manage. If you have access to more than one group, then you will see all programs of all groups.

Click the Select button for the program you want to manage.


The top-right corner of the page will always reflect the current group / program and program start date.


If there are a lot of programs and groups, then click the column headers to sort and filter the values to find exactly what you are looking for. You can also use the search box to find by group name or program title.
