In this post we'll describe how to send more than one Letter as an attachment in an email from Retreat Manager or Retreat Manager Cloud.
Step 1 - Create and Edit as many Letters on a program as you like.
Important: Be sure to save any changes to Letters in RM by clicking the 'Save to RM' button.
Step 2 - Select the row for each Letter you want to attach to an email.
Hold down the Ctrl button.
Click the yellow bar of each Letter you want to attach to an email. Do not release the Ctrl button while clicking the rows.
Step 3 - Create the Email.
Right-click one of the highlighted rows.
Click 'Send to RM Email as attached files ...'
You'll see the selected Letters attached to the email. When you're ready with your email content click 'Send Email'
