Global Discount Codes

It is possible to offer discount codes for your programs. The discount codes offer a percent discount on the price of the program. We offer codes which are valid across all programs.

To enable discount codes log into your Portal Console https://<orgid>.retreatportal.com/console

Click the gear icon in the top-right and select Marketing

Click Discount Codes on the left-side menu

To enable discount codes click Yes next to Discounts Supported? And then click Save in the top right.

You can provide an optional description for the discount to help guests know what to enter. The following is where the discount code appears during the checkout flow - it is on the cart screen just before checkout.

To create a discount code click the Create button.

The pop up allows you to specify the discount code, percentage discount on the total cart, an optional description, and an optional expiration date. The expiration date is the date on which the discount code will no longer be active. If you do not set an expiration date, then the discount code never expires. You can also manually enable or disable a discount code.

You can also click the Edit link on a given row in the discount code listing table to bring up the pop up and edit the properties of a discount code or delete the discount code.
