Missing Data on Occupancy Report

The March 4th, 2024 release of Retreat Manager has a bug where the Occupancy Report may appear with missing data (guest names were blurred for privacy). The data missing is room, floor, arrived, etc.


To fix the issue go to Configure > Personal Settings


At the bottom of System select 'gridOccupiedRooms' in the Grid Layouts and then click Reset. There will be no confirmation message, just the Grid Layouts will change to say 'Select Layout'. Then click Save and Close.


Open Reports > Occupied Rooms and the report should contain the expected data.
