Register for related programs

The following tutorial will walk you through allowing guests to register for more than one program at the same time. This is typical of a program series, or programs that are related to one another (for example a Yoga series).

The following is an example of what a guest would see when they register. Each program allows for a quick selection of how many guests to register.

The first step is to create all of the programs that are to be related and, in Retreat Portal, to market each of those programs and set a price for each program. In Retreat Portal click the top-right gear icon. Select Marketing. On the right-side select Features > Related Programs. You will see a list of marketing categories and a column of checkboxes letting you enable or disable relating the programs in that category. You can check those boxes in the table.

By default all programs in that category are related. If you wish to exclude certain programs, then click the 'View' link. Below the table you will see the list of all future programs. In the column marked 'Included' you can check or uncheck which programs to be included.

The final step is to ensure each program you want to relate is part of the same marketing category. To set the marketing category open the program details and navigate to the Marketing secion and then set the Marketing Category.
