Retreat Portal Invoice Template

Retreat Portal is capable of showing the same invoice details that exist in Retreat Manager, but since Retreat Portal is accessed using a web browser the format is in HTML. The following tutorial will explain how to format the template to meet your needs.

Log in to your retreat portal console.

Click the gear icon in the top-right and select Branding.

On the Branding page click Invoices on the left side.

The default settings are minimalist. Click the Refresh button in the Preview area to see what a sample invoice would look like.

The Editor area allows you to adjust colors as well as customize your invoices contact information (name, address, etc.) as well as include a logo. The logo is currently fixed to the top-right of the invoice.

When you change values in the Editor you can simply click Refresh without saving to see what the changes look like. When ready to commit your changes click Save.

To set/change the logo click the Change button towards the bottom of the Editor and the image picker will appear. If you already have a logo uploaded, then you can select it. Otherwise click the Upload Image tab and then click the Browse button to select an image from your computer.
